Well we're a little stuck on cab sav at the moment, what can I tell you? I suppose this has become our sort of House Red all-purpose wine. I feel a little guilty about our obvious lack of adventure when it comes to cabernet sauvignons and merlots here but hey - at least we know what we like and we don't mind sticking to it. I have no real desire to even get into any pinot noirs yet, but I suppose someday I might, just for balance and experience. Have yet to delve seriously into whites yet either but starting to dabble a bit.
