2002 Mission Hill Late Harvest VIDAL

This is our first try of icewine so we're really looking forward to it either as
a nice apéritif or with a dessert. Reviewers mention intense but balanced
sweetness with honeyed tropical fruits and pears. Sounds yummy.UPDATE:
I really do not like ice wine or any sort of "honeyed tropical fruit" flavor
either it seems. The flavor of this wine was WAY too intense for me and
beyond way too sweet and syrupy. I did not like it one bit. Mark
thought it was okay, but we don't want to go into his condition at the time he
tasted it really. |
