Condos in this area are now extremely restricted, so the chances of
any more coming in are remote and the chances for prices of existing
ones to rise are extremely likely, so that's great news.
The shopping area in the lower-right of the pic on the left is the
hub of activity here in Oak Bay. You can see street level views
of the village on the Oak Bay page.
Also
broadband internet is very fast here as the biggest thing in the
neighborhood is (as you can see) a golf course. We are loving
having true high speed back again, and feeling secure that we
won't lose it to over development this time.
